Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for promotion to the post of Assistant Food Officer. She would further submit that representation of the petitioner is pending consideration before the State Government, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

Government is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make an additional representation, if any. 3.
