In this writ application the relief sought by the Petitioner, a Librarian, is for extension of the age for superannuation from 62 to 65 years assailing the validity of Section 2(ii) of Chhattisgarh Shaskiya Sevak (Adhivarshiki-Ayu) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2012 confining its applicability to Classroom Teachers.

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the writ application may be disposed in similar terms as Writ Petition (S) No.76 of 2012 and analogous cases disposed on 9.12.2014.
