1. The transfer order is under challenge on ground that the petitioner is an office bearer of the employees' association and wife of the petitioner is not keeping well and that the petitioner was brought to the Tahsil office only in the month of November, 2014.
2. Taking into consideration that the place where the petitioner has been transferred is about 30 to 35 k.m. away which is not disputed by learned counsel for the parties, in exercise of my extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order only on this count.
3. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
