This is the second bail application filed by the applicant who is in jail in connection with Crime No.39/2015 registered at Police Station Darbha, District Bastar for the offence punishable under Section 20-B (ii) (C) of the NDPS Act.

The first application being MCRC No.8488/2018 was rejected on merit vide order dated 17.12.2008. 2.

Having heard counsel for the parties prima facie it appears that Kg.

of cannabis was seized from the possession of the accused/applicant and as on date no change in the circumstances has been brought forth by him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the accused/applicant. Accordingly this application is hereby rejected. 3.

The trial Court is however directed conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor Order On Board 30/04/2019 This CRMP has been listed for correction in the order dated 26.03.2019 passed in MCRC No.1962/2019 where the name of Hon'ble Judge passing the said order has been inadvertently mentioned as "Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri" whereas the said order was passed by "Hon'ble Smt. Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor". 2.

The error appears to be purely a typographical one and, therefore, it is hereby corrected by allowing this CRMP. Order accordingly. 3.

Let the name of Hon'ble Judge passing the said order be read as "Hon'ble Smt. Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor" in place of "Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri".

Let a copy of this order be attached to the one sought to be modified.
