1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order of termination the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Director of Fisheries, Bastar, Now State of Chhattisgarh, which is pending consideration since 18.1.1999, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, the Director/Deputy Director of Fisheries, Bastar, State of Chhattisgarh is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner may provide copy of memo of appeal and entire documents to respondent No.4.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
