As against the allegation of the petitioner that despite there being interim order, he is not being alloted any work and made him sit idle in the office, in the reply and additional reply along with affidavit, learned counsel for the respondent is also placing before the Court order dated 21/08/2018 which taken together shows that the petitioner has been allotted work, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition is accordingly closed.
