Sam Koshy Order On Board 28/03/2018 The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that on account of his serious illness he could not attend the duty and periodically he had been absent from duty. According to him, he had sufficient leave in his credit and had applied for grant of leave but the same has not been considered by the authority concerned.

Taking into consideration the limited issue raised by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petitioner is directed to file a detail representation to respondent no.3 along with all supporting documents in respect of the justifications that he indents to provide for the absence and the District Education Officer thereafter shall consider

and pass an appropriate order in respect of the claim raised by the petitioner in accordance with the rule. It is ordered accordingly. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 30 days from the date of production of the certified copy of this Order.

The writ petition thus stands disposed of.
