This application has been filed seeking for restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.560 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.08.2016. State counsel does not oppose the same.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, this application is allowed and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.560 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
