Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 18/03/2019 Heard.
1. This petition has been filed praying for correction of typographical error in the common order dated 12.3.2019 passed by this Court in MCRCA Nos.300/2019, 294/2019 & 295/2019.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the counsel for applicant N.R. Holkar @ Navnath Ramba and R.P. Thakur @ Ram Pravesh Thakur has been wrongly mentioned as "Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal" whereas it should have been "Shri Sudhir Kumar Bajpai". Further, in 10th line of Para-3 of the order, the name of department has wrongly been mentioned as 'SECL' in place of "Forest Department". Likewise, in the 4th line of Para-4, the word 'Chirmiri area' has been erroneously typed instead of 'Bilaspur Headquarter'.
Therefore, it is prayed that petition be allowed for making these corrections.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection.
4. Heard & perused the order dated 12.3.2019.
5. Certain typographical/clerical mistakes have crept in the impugned order, which, in the interest of justice, are required to be corrected. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
6. It is ordered that in the appearance column of the order "Mr. Sudhir Kumar Agrawal" should be read as "Mr. Sudhir Kumar Bajpai". Similarly, 'SECL' appearing in 10th line of para-3 of the order should be read as "Forest Department". In the 4th line of para-4 of the order, the word "Chirmiri" should be read as "Bilaspur Head Quarter".
7. A copy of this order be made part of MCRC(A) No.300/2019, 294/2019 & 295/2019.
