Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had moved an application for the change timing in regular Stage Carriage permit no. 2750/B/2007 on the route Ambikapur to Raigarh which is pending in the year 2013. 2.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner particularly taking into consideration that the application has remained pending since long, therefore, the respondent is directed to consider and decide their application as early as possible preferably with a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

This order shall not come in the way of considering the applications of other transporter

on the same route alongwith the application of the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
