Short grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had moved an application for change of timing in regular stage carriage permit No. 2159/B/2005 on the route Sakti to Janjgir, and two return trips daily and the application is pending since 5.08.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that many times meetings were fixed and notices were issued but decision has not been taken till date. 3.

Considering the aforesaid submission, particularly, that petitioner's application

has remained pending for last 2 years, it is directed to decide the petitioner's application within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order 4.

It is made clear that this order shall not come in the way of considering all other application which have been filed and pending before the concerned authority, at the time of considering petitioner's application. 5.
