The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred with a limited prayer that the amount of maintenance which has been awarded in favour of the petitioner and as against the respondent i.e. Rs. 4000/- per month under Section 125 CrPC and which the respondent-husband is being deposited at Civil Court Deposit, Baloda Bazar, may be transferred and ordered to make all future deposits at the Civil Court Deposit, Family Court, Mahasamund. That, subsequent to the passing of maintenance award, she is residing at Bagbahra which falls within the jurisdiction of Family Court, Mahasamund.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband submits that he has no objection in case if the change of address of the deposit is made. He

further makes a request that the petitioner may be directed to provide the account number and other details of the petitioner so that he can issue necessary instructions to the concerned department for depositing the maintenance amount at Civil Court Deposit, Mahasamund in place of Civil Court Depost, Baloda Bazar.

It is further directed that the amount of maintenance i.e. Rs. 4000/- per month which is being deposited by the respondent-husband till now at Civil Court Deposit, Baloda Bazar, is henceforth ordered to be deposited at Civil Court Deposit, Mahasamund. The petitioner-wife shall provide necessary details of account number, Address and other transactions which shall facilitate the respondent-husband in making prompt payment at Civil Court Deposit, Mahasamund.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands allowed. No order asto costs.
