1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that though she is working with the respondent No.3 for more than 11 years, she has not been confirmed in service, nor is there any order of regularization in her favour by the respondents.

2. Perusal of the record shows that the petitioner till date has not made any representation in this regard to the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the respondent No.3, who in turn may consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the rules and guidelines governing the field.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned.

5. It is expected that the authorities concerned shall take an expeditious decision on the representation.
