1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the order of termination passed by the respondent No.2 has been set-aside in the appeal by the Divisional Commissioner, Bilaspur vide his order dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P/3), but the respondent No.2 till date has not taken any step for compliance of the same.
2. Considering the limited grievance that the petitioner has, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to ensure prompt compliance of the order dated 18.10.2018 passed in appeal by the Divisional Commissioner, unless the same has been
-2challenged before any other forum or there is a stay of the effect and operation of the said order.
3. Let this order be complied with within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
