1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPS No. 2412 of 2013, therefore, the same order may be passed in the present writ petition also.

3. This Court in WPS No. 2412 of 2013 on 27.08.2015 has passed the following order:- "1. The petitioners are claiming the benefit of Time Pay Scale in view of the judgment rendered in the matter of Smt. Raj Bai Bhargav and others v. State of Chhattisgarh and others

passed in Writ Appeal No.426/2011, decided on 03.05.2012 and the subsequent orders passed by the Home/Police Department on 03.12.2013 and thereafter.

2. The matter appears to be covered by the subsequent order passed by this Court in the matter of WP(S) No.4523/2014 ( Francis Xavier Beck and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters) and WP (S) No.1975/2015 ( A.P. Tripathi and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters) and final orders have been passed in the said matters on 03.07.2015 and 16.07.2015 respectively.

3. In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of Francis Xavier Beck (supra) and A.P. Tripathi (supra).

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. It is ordered accordingly. The ratio laid down in the case supra shall also govern the cause of lis in this case and will have the same effect and operation.
