On instruction from the Advocate General it is stated by the learned State Counsel that Food Safety Appellate Tribunal has already been constituted by the State Government under the Food Standards and Safety Act, 2006. He submits that notification has been issued and the Judges have also been appointed.

In view of this, petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal within a period of one month from today. It is made clear that interim relief granted earlier by this court shall remain in force for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observation, petition stands disposed of. 4.
