1. Petitioner, who is a Anganbadi worker, is assailing the order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Khadgawan, whereby she has been removed from service.

2. The impugned order is appelable under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.
