1. The limited grievance which the petitioner prays at this stage is that the respondent authorities may decide the representation of the petitioner so far as deduction of PRP as well as House rent allowance from the gratuity amount paid to the petitioner.

2. Given the nature of relief which the petitioner has sought for, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if respondent is directed to consider and decide the representation which the petitioner has made in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the service conditions of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
