Earlier this Court had enquired to State counsel to find out whether the post of Aanganwadi Centres at other/near by places are lying vacant. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that at Sadakpara and Chandanpur posts of Aanganwadi workers are lying vacant whereas, post of Aanganwadi worker is at Bastipara is under dispute and certain cases are pending. 3.

In view of the State disclosure, the respondents are directed to consider

petitioner's posting on the vacant posts of Aanganwadi Centres either at Sadakpara or at Chandanpur. This direction is being issued, taking into consideration that the petitioner was duly selected and appointed as Aanganwadi worker but later on Shrimati Tarabai who was removed earlier was directed to be reinstated in service under judicial order.
