1. This matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and the matter was passed over. Today, when the matter is called again, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Respondents have entered appearance and have filed their response.
2. The perusal of the direction given by this Court reveals that the respondent No. 4 was directed to decide the representation of the petitioner pending before him, along with the reply, the respondents have enclosed a document Annexure R-1 dated 31.01.2019 whereby they have refused to reconsider the decision of removing the petitioner from services. The copy of the correspondence was also marked to the petitioner.
3. The perusal of the record shows that the petitioner was initially removed from service vide Order dated 05.05.2015 order passed by
-2the Block Medical Officer. This Order has not been challenged before any forum and now the representation filed also stands rejected.
4. Given the said facts, the subsequent decision being a fresh cause of action would have to be challenged separately. As such the present contempt petition stands disposed off reserving the right to challenge the initial termination order and the rejection of the representation now.
