Mrs. Astha Shukla, Counsel for the respondent- SECL. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this petition, certain payment has been released by the respondent- SECL. As such, at this stage, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh if the new cause of action further remains, if any.
Prayer is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
