1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband was working as Lower Division Clerk since 26.7.1982 and pursuant to the order of transfer he submitted his joining in the office of the Deputy Director, Korba on 20.4.2001, but no work was assigned to him and ultimately, no salary was paid and thereafter, this writ petition has been filed on 27.9.2005 claiming salary and joining, but the petitioner's husband died on 22.12.2015.

2. In view of above, first part of relief of joining cannot be given, but issue of arrears of salary can be considered.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a

representation before respondents No.2 and 3 for grant of salary from 20.4.2001 to 22.12.2015 and same will be considered and decided by respondents No.2 and 3 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
