1. Petitioner is assailing the order passed by the Tribal Service Co-operative Society Ltd., Sisringa, district Raigarh, whereby one Sahdev Kumar Ray has been appointed as in-charge Manager in place of the petitioner.

2. The matter pertains to service conditions of an employee belonging to the

Co-operative Society, therefore, the petitioner has alternative remedy to approach the Registrar Co-operative Society under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
