1. By the impugned order, the petitioner has been placed under suspension by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Sarangarh, district Raigarh in exercise of powers under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 (for short 'the Rules, 1999').

2. Admittedly, Rule 15 of the Rules, 1999 provides for appeal against the order

of suspension.

3. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, it is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy within a period of one month from today.
