1. Appellant's challenge to the order dated 19.02.2019 whereby he has been relieved for joining at the office of SDO (Revenue), Sakti, pursuant to Collector Janjgir Champa order dated 19.07.2016 has been dismissed for the reason that the cancellation of the order of attachment and the posting of the petitioner to the Parent Department within the same town and as such no inconvenience whatsoever would be caused to the petitioner except for change of Department or the change of office.

2. It appears, the petitioner is working as AG-III in the office of SDO (Revenue), Sakti, and was posted in the office of Janpad Panchayat, Sakti on 31.07.2012. In 2016 he was sent back to his parent office of SDO (Revenue), Sakti but the petitioner continued to work in the office of Janpad Panchayat, Sakti, therefore, the Janpad Panchayat, Sakti has now executed the Collector's order dated 19.07.2016 to relieve the petitioner from his office to enable him to join at the office of SDO (Revenue), Sakti.
