ORDER

22.06.2020 Heard.

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was subjected to the departmental enquiry wherein the finding was arrived at by order dated 10.11.2017 (Annexure P-5). Subsequently, the petitioner has preferred a departmental appeal which is pending before the appellate Authority. It is further contended that the petitioner stands retired as on date.

2. Perused the document. The document shows that against the finding arrived at after departmental enquiry, the appeal has been preferred. In view of this, the concerned authority may decide the appeal within a reasonable time of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
