Order On Board 26/03/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for seeking permission to cut trees is pending consideration since October, 2016 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application seeking permission to cut trees expeditiously strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
