1.

This petition has been preferred on allegation that one Mahavir Agrawal has encroached the government land to raise obstruction in construction of national highway. 2.

The record contains an order passed by this Court in WPC No.1872/2012 preferred by the said Mahavir Agrawal questioning the Government's action of constructing road over his land. As long as the said writ petition is pending, this PIL would not be maintainable. If the petitioner so desires, he may press his application for intervention and seek early hearing of WPC No.1872/2012.

3.

The PIL is disposed of.
