Counsel for the applicant submits that another Criminal Revision No.459/2020 has been filed against the impugned judgment, in which suspension of sentence and grant of bail has been granted, therefore, he submits that he does not want to press for I.A. No.1/2020, application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

3. In view of above submission, I.A. No.1/2020, application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail is dismissed as not pressed.

4. Counsel for the applicant also submits that since applicant has been appeared in person before this Court in compliance of order dated 11/08/2021, therefore, he does not want to press for I.A. No.1/2021, application for recalling the order dated 11/08/2021.

5. In view of above submission, I.A. No.1/2021, application for recalling the order dated 11/08/2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

6. Also heard on I.A. No.2/2021, application for withdrawal of this criminal revision.

7. On due consideration, I.A.No. 2/2021, application for withdrawal of this criminal revision is allowed.
