After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and also prays that a direction be issued to the concerned trial Court to expedite the trial. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously and dispose of the same preferably within a period of four months.

In case, the trial is not concluded within the time granted, then the applicant shall have the liberty to move the bail application before this Court.
