1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order (Annex.P/1), whereby a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner to provide a certificate of registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India.
2. At this juncture, the counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 & 3 submits that the petitioner after filing of the present writ petition has since brought a provisional certificate from the Rehabilitation Council of India and therefore the case of the petitioner would be reconsidered in accordance with law on merit.
3. Accordingly, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest.
