However, he submits that the applicant has a good prima facie case. Therefore, considering that the applicant is a Government Servant, the Court below may be directed to decide his regular bail application on the same date. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move application for grant of regular bail. In case, such application is moved, the Court below may decide his application if possible on the same date or in any case, within two days.
