Heard on application for correction of order dated 22.07.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3097 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake in the cause title of third respondent, in place of "Korba" it has been written as "Bhilai".

The prayer is not opposed by other party.

It is directed that in the order dated 22.07.2016 passed in WPS No. 3097 of 2016, in the cause title and order where ever word "Bhilai" has been typed, shall be substituted and read as "Korba". 5.

With the said clarification, the petition is disposed off. The petitioner shall place this order alongwith earlier order dated 22.07.2016 passed W.P.(S) No. 3097 of 2016.
