The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.31/2021 registered in Police Station Charcha, District Koriya (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 354, 452, 323 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 3/03/2021 the applicant entered into the house of the complainant and tried to outrage her modesty and thereafter has abused and assaulted.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charge sheet in this case has been filed, applicant is in jail since 3/03/2021, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the nature of injury, the applicant is in jail since 3/03/2021, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of
