(2) The matter is listed today for orders on the default pointed out regarding noncompliance of the order dated 5.8.2015 whereby Learned counsel prayed for and was granted two weeks' time to obtain instructions regarding correct address/ further proceedings. When the case is taken up for hearing, the Appellant is not represented. (3) On 3.7.2015, the Appellant was directed to furnish correct and complete address of the Respondent and also to pay process fee within seven days regarding issuance of notice to the Respondent by usual and registered mode. Process fee and the application for condonation of delay in paying the process fee have not been filed. (3) In view of the above facts and circumstances and also the fact that the counsel for the Appellant is not present, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this second appeal for want of prosecution.
