1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.P-08/143/2015-16, registered at Police Station: Excise Circle, Raigarh (North), Distt. Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 34 (1) (a), 34 (2) and 59-A (i) & (ii) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act (Amended), 2011.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat after disposal of criminal case against the applicant relating to excise offence.
