The grievance ventilated by the petitioner through this petition is that on the basis of transfer order dated 30.07.2016 (Annexure-P/1) his immediate superior official is compelling him to get relieved and proceed on transfer to join in Mungeli Range, Forest Division - Mungeli.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is posted as Forester at Game Range - Pingla, Unit - 02, Circle Medhana, Elephant Reserve, Ambikapur, District - Surguja and not in Forest Range - Pratapur, beat Ramkola, District - Surajpur as mentioned in the transfer order. He submits that order, itself, is so vague that it cannot be put to execution in respect of the petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the discrepancy, which has been pointed out, may be a matter of consideration for State Government.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and the discrepancy that the place where from the petitioner has been transferred is Forest
Range - Pratapur, beat Ramkola, District - Surajpur, but not Game Range - Pingla, Unit - 02, Circle Medhana, Elephant Reserve, Ambikapur, District - Surguja, it is directed that it shall not be made a basis to transfer the petitioner. The petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting. This order shall not come in the way of the respondent in passing any other order in respect of the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
