Heard on application for restoration of WPL No. 18 of 2020 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 10.02.2020.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in

the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 10.02.2020 passed in WPL No. 18 of 2020 is recalled. Consequently, WPL No. 18 of 2020 is directed to be restored to its original number.
