1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been passed renewing the petitioner's application under Section 81 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, but no communication has been made as required under the Act.

2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, would submit that information has been sent to the petitioner on 4-1-2016.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Regional Transport Authority, Bilaspur within ten days form today. If the petitioner approaches and necessary formalities are done, the RTA would do well and proceed strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
