1. The only grievance of the petitioner seems to be the action on the part of the respondents who vide Annexure P/1 dated 14.01.2019 have stopped the petitioner from further pursing her course for GNM Training as departmental candidate.

2. According to the petitioner she was initially found suitable and selected and also sent for aforesaid course, however, later on the respondents have issued Annexure P/1 whereby her admission on account of technical defect was cancelled.

3. The only prayer made by the petitioner is that let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the authorities in respect of her grievance and

-2the authorities concerned i.e. respondents No.1 & 3 may consider and take an appropriate decision at the earliest.

4. Considering the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to immediately consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
