1. The instant petition has been filed claiming following reliefs:- "10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing police
authorities to register petitioner's complaint and lodged F.I.R. against respondent No.6 to 9.
10.2 That this Hon'ble court may be further pleased to pass any other consequential and other orders/writs which this Hon'ble court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. The reply of the State shows that the FIR has already been registered, therefore, no further direction can be given by this Court at this stage and the investigation is going on. It is expected that the State authorities shall complete the investigation within a reasonable time and proceed in accordance with law. In view of the same, at this stage, no further direction can be given in this petition.
