The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that she had participated in the tender proceedings for allotment of shops which were constructed by the Janpad Panchayat, Sonhat, Distt. Korea (C.G.) in front of the Community Health Center. She was desirous of obtaining shop No. 7 and had also participated in the tender proceedings but for some reason, except for shop No. 7, the bids of all the other shops have been opened. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that perhaps since there was no other bidder for Shop

No. 7, respondent No. 3 has not opened the bid which is arbitrary on their part. At this juncture, he submits that the grievance of the petitioner may be redressed, in case respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the representation that the petitioner has preferred vide Annexure P-7 which was received on 03.08.2015.

Counsel for the State also submits that he shall give necessary instructions to respondent No. 3 ensuring the decision on the representation preferred by the petitioner at the earliest. 4.

In view of the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon. The Writ petition is disposed off at this juncture wit a direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the Writ Petition in respect of Shop No. 7 which is constructed by Janpad Panchayat, Sonhat in front of the Community Health Center, preferably within a period of 3 months from today. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
