Agrawal Order On Board 01/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has retired from service, yet the State Government may be directed to consider his case for promotion w.e.f. 23.04.1990, for which he has already made representation, but the same has not been considered and decided till now. (2) Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for promotion in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
