Agrawal Order On Board 22/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's service has been regularized by the respondent authorities against the vacant post of Forest Guard w.e.f. 01.10.2007, whereas he is entitled to be regularized against the said post w.e.f. 01.11.1987.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file representation before respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance within three weeks from today. If such representation is

filed by the petitioner before respondent authorities, in that event respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same after hearing the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
