It is alleged that vide order dated 18.05.2015 (Annexure C/4), the charge has been taken away from the petitioner and handed over to respondent No.2 Urmila Kurrey, which is an act of willful disobedience. 2.

Interim order was passed on 11.03.2015 directing the respondents in the writ petition to maintain status quo in respect of the petitioner as existed on that day. It appears that vide order dated 04.04.2015 and 10.04.2015, the charge was directed to be handed over to the petitioner, later on, Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Sarangarh, District-Raigarh (C.G.) passed order dated 18.05.2015 stating that prior to passing of interim order on 11.03.2015, charge was already handed over to respondent No.2 and that was the status quo existing on the date of interim order passed on 11.03.2015. In that view of the matter, I do not find any violation of the

Court's order because on 03.03.2015, ex-parte charge was handed over to respondent No.2.
