1. The order of externment by the District Magistrate is appellable under Section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam 1990, therefore, petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Government within ten days from today.

2. The State government/appellate concerned authority shall consider dispose off the appeal expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observation the writ petition stands disposed of.

4. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned on furnishing the attested copy thereof.
