Heard counsel for the parties.

The learned Single Judge has committed no error of law by dismissing the writ application vide his order dated 25.01.2018 when on verification, it has emerged that without proper discloser about an identical writ application having been filed earlier, second writ application was filed. It came to the knowledge during the Court proceeding when the position was verified. 3.

Simplicity of explanations may not work in such situations. The Appellant must pay the price for his adventurism.

The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
