ORDER

Per P. Diwaker, J 28/9/2016 1.

Petitioner- Zila Sahkari Maryadit, Raipur has preferred this Contempt Case mainly on the ground that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 5.2.2015, the Election process has already been started but, yet the Authorities are compelling the petitioner to stay the Election process.

From the facts mentioned in the petition it is not clear as to what steps were taken by the petitioner regarding conducting of Election and as to in what manner the respondent is compelling the petitioner not to go further with the Election.

If any direction has been given by this Court to the petitioner, it is bound to comply the same and in case any further direction is issued by any authority, the petitioner can challenge the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
