It is submitted that for the reasons stated in the reply, there was some delay and the same may be condoned. 2.

Taking into consideration the reply that the order of the Court has now been complied with and decision has been taken, leaving the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of decision taken on 19/09/2016, rule is discharged. Contempt petition is closed.
