Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted parole for 7 days, but now he has been found

corona positive, therefore, the parole period may kindly be extended.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the concerned District Magistrate citing reason that he has been found corona positive, therefore, his parole period be extended, which will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
